These updates are tailored to your pet’s personalised travel itinerary, and your dedicated Pet Travel Consultant will explain exactly what updates you can expect based on the services you’ve chosen.
When and Where Are Updates Available?


What Kind of Updates Can You Expect?
Depending on whether your pet is travelling domestically or internationally, you may receive updates at key milestones such as:
- ETA of collection from your residence
- Airline check-in (once your pet is checked-in, there are no in-transit updates. If the airline provides any status change, we pass it on immediately)
- Successful flight arrival (when delivery is included)
- Updates from comfort stops, including how your pet was during their break.
- Health clearance confirmation for international travellers.
- Notification of collection from Australian Quarantine and check-in for onward flights.
- ETA of delivery to your home or boarding facility.
Where possible, we’ll also include a photo or video update—because nothing is more reassuring than seeing your pet happy and safe.
