What to Expect from here?


1, One of our experienced travel consultants have received your booking request.

2, The travel consultant will begin the booking process.

3, The travel consultant will search available flights and flight times.

4, We will call you to advise the available flights- PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE CONTACTABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

5, Happy with the flight options, we will then book everything in

6, The consultant will capture your card details over the phone and process your payment.

What happens next

1, Your booking goes to processing

2, The processing team will issue your pet's very own travel itinerary to the “Sender” & “Receivers” emails on file.

This document contains, Address for pet check-in, the Address for Pet collection from the arrival airport, and all the flight details. Your pet/s will have their very own ticket number either starting with 081 if Qantas booking or 795 for Virgin airline booking. This number is listed and is required for check-in and collection from the airport.

In the case where we may be providing a collection or delivery service, the estimated pick-up and or drop-off times will be on this document. These times are subject to change with minimal notice.
